Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We ship all over New Zealand using PBT Couriers.
On request we can ship to Australia or other international destinations, however please email: hello@temukapotteryretailshop.com for more information. Shipping internationally is done at the customer’s risk.
Within NZ please allow 2-6 working days for delivery on stocked items. Expect further delay for items out of stock and for rural addresses.
We do not give out Track and Trace details, however on request these can be given.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with an order in any way, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
We do not offer returns on any products. Once the purchase is made, it is final. However, if you come visit us in store, we can further assess requests such as this.
Exchanges
We do not tend to offer exchanges on much items, however as long as you contact us or come into store with a receipt within 7 days after the product has been purchased and the product has not been used, we can offer an exchange.
Faulty Items
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when they were delivered to you. The team at Temuka Pottery Retail Shop make a great effort to check your items to make sure there is not faults before we send them out. We also package these up with lots of care, however sometimes we cannot control what happens on their journey. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting hello@temukapotteryretailshop.com about the fault.
