Delivery and Returns
We aim to have all in stock items shipped out as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of our Handpainted Collection. We use PBT Couriers to deliver your orders around NZ.
Please contact us if you are not happy with your order and we can try our best to help you. We will only accept returned items if your pottery arrives damaged or is defective. Contact us on hello@temukapotteryretailshop.com to discuss.
Children's Collection
Our Handpainted Children's Collection is one of our most popular pottery items we sell. We handpaint, glaze and fire these items in store in our kiln. We are able to do personalised products, which are very popular for both young and old.

Temuka Pottery pieces are safe to be used in dishwashers but are not intended for use as cooking vessels.
Microwave:
Temuka Pottery is not recommended for use in a microwave oven. Whilst the ware is a great performer in the rugged hospitality environment, the lush, thick and multi-layered glazes create heat-shock risks in a microwave oven.
